Assessment
We will conduct a meeting, through the introduction we take more details of your production: Meetings are done via video screenshare and video with you.

We share details of your produce on our marketing platforms to generate interest and build anticipation of your produce arriving at the markets.

Pre-sell
Our team works closely with your to ensure the product is sold in advance of shipment (where possible) and confirm your load quantity.

Distribution
As soon as your produce arrives, we ensure it's sent directly to the client in order to present your produce in its best light.

Feedback
During the day to day interaction with our customers, we collect feedback about your consignments and handle any issues arising from the shipment. We share direct feedback from our customers, to know how your product rates.

Close
We advise you of the final returns and close the sale by consignment. We the follow up to ensure payments for your shipments are done in timely manner and a payment schedule is maintained. Our commission is only due when you receive payment.

Availability
Send us your weekly availability, and speak to our team if you anticipate any production challenges.
Purchase Order
When your load quantity is confirmed by our team, we issue an official purchase order indicating price and volume to be shipped.
Shipping
Keep our team updated on final load quantity, any delays or anticipated challenges. Ensure shipping documents are in order.
Payment
Receive payments directly into your specified bank account. Once funds are cleared, we raise an invoice to you for our commission.
