The following information should be retained by the grower and made available for inspection when required.
- Results of an independent analysis of orchards, groves, fields or other production areas which should be carried out no more than twice per season unless specifically requested otherwise. Results should be made available within 14 days of the request.
- Details of preventative measures taken against insect or any other infestation in, or in the vicinity of, any production area and the monitoring thereof.
- Records should be maintained of all aspects of packing facility housekeeping, including details of preventative measures taken against insect or other infestation and the monitoring thereof, hygiene inspections and any resultant corrective action taken.
- Records of your own, or independent pre and post harvest pesticide residue analyses.
- Daily records of weather conditions including rainfall, temperature and humidity.
- Results of water analysis for any stage of production or treatment.
